From concept to authorisation.
The success of the project initiatives is closely linked to the rapid, complete and effective obtaining of authorisations from the Bodies responsible for their approval. We offer permitting services for any type of work and in any geographic context.
OUR SERVICES
- Verification of documentation prepared by the Customers, including technical documents, in relation to the requests of the Authorities responsible for issuing the various authorizations
- Presentation to the relevant bodies of complete and verified documentation
- Preparation of any application, form, pre-printed form and whatever else is used by the relevant Bodies to be submitted to client signatures
- Management of relations with the interested Bodies and with possible processors
- Assistance for any inspections carried out by officials of the relevant bodies
- Preparation of any Customer proxies to proceed with the withdrawal of the authorizations from the Authorities in charge
- Collection of authorisations from the relevant Bodies and delivery, in original, to the Customer
- Delivery to the Customer of all receipts dated and registered with the relevant Bodies attesting the filing of the documentation and the submission of the applications
- Attendance at all meetings foreseen in the permitting procedure and any technical meetings with the agencies involved
- Constant regulatory monitoring and periodic updates to customers
- Constant monitoring of the authorisation state
